This book is well written, and easy to read. The concepts are all well laid out. At 55, I already had most of the pieces on the checklist, and this book gave me some much needed confidence that I could use what I have, and start to feel human again, as opposed to a robot mama

This tool has made it so easy for me get dressed each day! No more standing in front of my closet trying to decide what to wear, just to end up wearing the same thing over and over again. Now I just check the app, put on the suggested outfit for the day and head out the door! I recently got called back to the office after working remotely for several years.
