The newest edition introduces 30 NEW outfit templates using "Neutral Pants", for a total of 458 unique outfit combos using basic women's essentials.
The example clothing items have also been updated to a more classic style, for timeless inspiration that you can customize to your liking!

Is this a mobile app? Can I download it from the app store?
To keep it more flexible and make it available on all devices (rather than only iOS or phones), the platform is a web-based application. Accessing it will feel very similar to an app, but it will operate from your browser. This means it will work on any device and be constantly in sync!

What if I don’t have any budget to buy clothes right now?
Building up a wardrobe you love can take months or even years. The cool thing is, even without all the recommended pieces you can enjoy tons of versatility and have fun in the process. Start by purging your closet to get down to the best of what you have. Plan a monthly budget for clothes and focus on 1 or 2 essentials from the list that would help add versatility. Don’t forget to check your local thrift stores!
Do I have to buy the clothes on your list for this to work?
The pieces pictured are just examples. The goal is to use the description about each piece to find something in your closet or the store that matches the description. We also provide a shopping guide to help shopping for the wardrobe gaps you'll probably discover.
Are there shopping links to all the items? Will we be able to shop items directly from the platform?
Currently, you can find links to the example pieces provided by Frump Fighters (note: original examples don't always stay in stock) and users can add store, brand, or links to the items they are styling and share publicly.
In addition, you'll get an Amazon shopping guide with hundreds of links to help you find essentials you might be missing.
Won’t I get bored by the size of a capsule wardrobe?
We call this a capsule because it is focused on leanness and creating remixability in your wardrobe. However, at 62 pieces + shoes and accessories this is no mini, boring capsule. It’s a complete wardrobe framework that will last you a lifetime, with over 450 unique outfit combinations!
What if I want a minimalist wardrobe... 458 outfits seems like too many!
If you prefer a more minimalist approach, you can filter the closet list by "Essentials" and that cuts the number of pieces in half! Then check off what you have and easily filter the outfits by "Outfits I Can Make" to just see the outfits using the smaller set of items.
What if I’m over 40, will this still work for me?
Absolutely! A large portion of our customers are actually in the 35-55 range. And we have many seniors using it too. The plan is flexible enough to adapt to your taste and style while still allowing the outfit combinations to work beautifully.
Does this work for plus size too?
Yes, we have women of every shape and size using it and looking fab!
What if I have clothes that aren't on the essentials list?
You will find a match for pretty much every clothing item on our list, but let's say you have something like Overalls, Skorts, or a Poncho that you want to keep: You can easily add them to your digital closet and create outfits with them too!
Does this work for maternity?
Yes, this was designed to work for pregnant and nursing mamas too! You’ll see notes for maternity in the capsule list and many of the outfits are modeled on pregnant ladies too.
