• Print copies are taking 1-2 weeks longer to arrive. Please make note of this when choosing a shipping rate at checkout. You will receive the digital portion of your order (including the eBook) immediately so you can start digging in while you wait for the hard copy.
• We are currently unable to ship to New Zealand. Please choose a digital package for now and know you can simply add a discounted print copy later.
